On August 1st next month, Hajodae Beach in Yangyang, Gangwon will kick off the '2026 Hajodae Beach Festival' with scorching heat and music to ignite a hot summer night.

Hosted by Yangyang County, this festival will be held on Saturday, August 1st at Hajodae Beach and its surrounding areas. It aims to create special summer memories for vacationers visiting Hajodae during peak beach season and local residents.

The festival will create a lively atmosphere starting at 3 p.m. with DJ's 'Music Jukebox'. Throughout the afternoon, participatory programs including water balloon games, balloon tower building, and on-site recreational activities will excite vacationers. Following this, acoustic singer Narin will take the stage with her emotional performance, followed by dance-trot singer Bini-ssam's exciting trot concert, and girl group STAR GIRLS' powerful performance showcasing diverse genres. It truly promises to be a diverse program that will heat up Hajodae's summer night 'from day to night'.

MC Kang Moon, known for his excellent wit, will host the festival and deliver witty commentary.
