The two parties are in discussions to establish the "Seoul National University-Nvidia Physical AI Joint Lab." This discussion began when Madison Huang, senior director of Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang and head of robotics marketing, visited Seoul National University in April 2026. Subsequently, on June 8, 2026, CEO Jensen Huang visited Seoul National University in person, accelerating the cooperation discussions. At the time, CEO Jensen Huang received a jumper as a gift from the university and responded with enthusiasm, creating a unique scene. The consecutive visits from both parties are evaluated as demonstrating Nvidia's deep interest in South Korea's AI ecosystem and its commitment to collaborating with the nation's top research institutions.
