Eland New Balance has introduced same-day delivery service "Fast Arrival" to secure "shipping speed," a key competitive advantage in online shopping, offering Seoul and metropolitan area customers a new shopping experience where they can receive their orders on the same day.

New Balance announced that it has launched the "Fast Arrival" service through its official online mall and app starting August 2, 2026 (today). With this service, products ordered in Seoul and the metropolitan area before noon on weekdays can be received on the same day. For other regions across the country, excluding remote and mountainous areas, products are delivered the next day.

The "Fast Arrival" service is operated through cooperation with urban logistics platform Delibox Central. New Balance maximizes shipping efficiency by utilizing inventory from national offline stores, while Delibox Central handles last-mile delivery infrastructure to support fast and accurate shipping.

An Eland New Balance official stated, "Shipping speed is an important competitive advantage in online shopping," emphasizing the background and significance of the service, saying "Through the introduction of 'Fast Arrival,' we will significantly enhance customer convenience and provide a differentiated shopping experience unique to New Balance."

Meanwhile, New Balance is diversifying customer touchpoints by recruiting participants for the "2026 Run Your Way Seoul 10K Race" to be held at Yeouido Park on October 4th. The brand plans to strengthen customer loyalty through strengthened same-day delivery services and such online and offline events.

New Balance's introduction of "Fast Arrival" suggests that shipping speed competition in the online fashion market will intensify further. Attention is focused on what impact New Balance's strategy of diversifying customer touchpoints beyond simple delivery, such as marathon events, will have on the market.
