President Lee emphasized that economic cooperation between the two countries has moved beyond the stage of discussing mere possibilities to a stage of discussing "substantive results." In particular, he explained that cooperation between the two countries continues to expand not only in critical minerals including lithium development, but also in energy and infrastructure sectors. Korea is building a mutually complementary cooperation model based on advanced technological capabilities and resource needs, while Argentina contributes abundant resources and growth potential.
